As a security measure, we may, but are not obligated to, impose transaction limits on some or all customers and sellers with respect to the value of a transaction or withdrawal, the cumulative value of all transactions or withdrawals during a given period, or the number of transactions per day or any other period. We will not be liable to you: (i) if we fail to complete a transaction or withdrawal that would exceed a limit we have set for security reasons, or (ii) if we allow a customer to opt out of a transaction because an Amazon website or service is not available after a transaction begins. S-2.1 Sale and Execution. If any of your products are processed with Fulfillment by Amazon, the Fulfillment by Amazon Terms of Service for the applicable Amazon website will apply to the storage, performance, and delivery of those products completed by Amazon. Overall, I personally think that sellers will still struggle to take control of listings, even if they are the rights holders. They may even need Amazon`s prior approval. So we see that this leads to registration suspensions or intellectual property suspensions. You are solely responsible for authorizing others to access Reseller`s APIs on your behalf and for taking your own steps to maintain adequate security, protection, and security of Confidential Information and Your Materials processed in accordance with your access to Reseller`s APIs and API documents, including any confidential information you provide to developers in accordance with this Agreement. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, alteration or deletion, destruction, damage, loss or non-storage of Confidential Information or your documents in connection with the Seller Partner`s APIs (including as a result of errors, acts or omissions by you or any third party). I think we can win those arguments. I see that the more Amazon makes these paragraphs, the better it`s for us to find creative arguments and appeals. I`ve noticed that Amazon has changed its legal reservation regarding limiting inventory on its shelves to take a step back and make it even harder for sellers to interpret when Amazon will or won`t reject inventory. It`s also at odds with the most important news that has emerged from this shift that Amazon would give sellers more attention to issues and more ways to be heard, and more opportunities to appeal. But the language change in F-4 in terms of storage decreases compared to that. Will it cover wholesale costs? Will it cover retail, less FBA? Will it just be something else that is not liquid? In the relationship between the parties, you are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all of your taxes, except to the extent that (i) Amazon automatically calculates, collects, or transfers taxes on your behalf in accordance with applicable law; or (ii) Amazon expressly agrees to receive taxes or other transaction-based fees on your behalf as part of the tax calculation services provided by Amazon and used by you. You agree and will comply with tax policies. All fees and payments you pay to Amazon under this Agreement or the applicable Terms of Service exclude all applicable taxes, deductions, or withholding taxes (including, but not limited to, cross-border source deductions), and you are responsible for paying Amazon all of your taxes levied on such fees, and any deductions or deductions required for any payment….
